The Creativity and Innovation Forum is a one-day conference that will showcase the cultural and creative industries and openlabs as a key part of the innovation ecosystem. It will focus on how these fields support entrepreneurship, social development and the circular economy. You will meet experts from public administration, innovation centers, the creative sector and the business community. The conference will offer inspiring examples from the Czech Republic and abroad, as well as expert discussions, practical workshops and presentations of specific projects.
The Forum is organized by Creative Prague and Make More in cooperation with the Openlab Association. The organization of the conference is supported by many public institutions and the Label4Future project, supported by the EU funds, which organizes the Innovation Lab and Investment Forum as a part of the programme.
Make More focuses on the development of makerspaces, FabLabs and creative communities. We support innovation, digital fabrication and the connection between technology and craft. Our activities include education, networking and developing strategies for sustainable development of the creative ecosystem.
We believe that makerspaces and shared technologies play a key role in innovation and social development. Through the Creativity and Innovation Forum, we contribute to the debate on the future of digital fabrication, community engagement and connection of the creative industries with other sectors.
Creative Prague focuses on cultivating cultural and creative industries, developing and implementing the cultural policy of the city, analysis and the realization of community and international projects.
We believe that creativity is key to the development of the city. Cultural and creative industries not only bring economic benefits but also improve quality of life, strengthen communities and help find solutions to the challenges cities face.
